噬菌体在鲍曼不动杆菌耐药过程中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过对临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性检测及电镜观察,了解鲍曼不动杆菌结构与耐药性的关系。方法:以临床住院患者的痰、腹腔、盆腔引流物等为材料分离鉴定细菌,K-B法药敏试验筛选耐药菌株,电镜观察耐药菌株超微结构。结果:临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌广泛耐药,在鲍曼不动杆菌耐药菌株表面存在温和噬菌体。结论:温和噬菌体与鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性存在相关性。 Objective: To comprehend the relationship of structure of Acinetobacter baumannii with their drug-resistance through observing the bacteria under electron microscope and detecting drug-resistance of A einetobacter baumannii isolated from clinics. Methods: The bacteria were isolated from various specimens including sputum, drains of peritoneal and pelvic cavity. The drug-re- sistance strains were screened by K-B method and then observed under electron microscope. Results: The strains isolated from clin- ics were widely resistant to drugs and temperate phages were found on the surface of drug-resistance A einetobacter baumannii. Con- clusion: Temperate phages are relative to drug-resistance of Aeinetobacter baumannii.
