摘要
研究生创新团队是实现研究生整体协同创新能力提升的重要载体。协同创新是研究生创新团队的核心特征,协同创新能力是研究生创新能力的重要组成部分。本文在分析影响研究生创新能力因素的基础上,以研究生创新团队的协同创新特征为切入点,探讨通过研究生创新团队提升研究生协同创新能力所需的外部条件和内部动力。
The postgraduate innovation team is an important means of raising students＇ synergie innovation capability. This capability is a major component of students＇ innovation ability and synergic innovation is a core feature of a postgraduate innovation team. This study investigates the factors that influence students＇ innovation ability and discusses the external conditions and internal force for the postgraduate innovation team to raise students＇ synergic innovation capability.
