摘要
化工企业机械设备往往种类繁多,数量庞大,在生产工艺相对成熟稳定的情况下,设备的稳定高效运行,合理经济的维修,维修成本的大大降低,成为企业降低生产成本的最主要手段之一。本文论述设备管理在企业生产过程中对设备维修和设备技术改造中的重要意义,探讨化工企业设备管理的一些方法。
Chemical industry machinery and equipment is often a wide variety, quantity is large, the production technology is relatively mature and stable, stable and efficient operation of equipment, reasonable economy of maintenance, the maintenance cost greatly reduced, become one of the most principal means to reduce the production cost. This paper discusses equipment management in the process of enterprise production for the important value of equipment maintenance and technical transformation, discusses some methods of chemical enterprise equipment management.
