摘要 随着青海油田数字化油田的不断建设与完善,大部分油水井均已实现井口各项参数的实时采集、传输、计算、诊断、发布等功能,为油井的正常生产提供了及时、准确的数据支持。抽油机采油作为采油井的一种生产方式,其运行参数(包括冲程、冲次、最大最小载荷等)的调整对油井的高效生产起着至关重要的作用。本文描述了如何充分利用数字化油田中油井远程自动化采集装置所实时采集的采油井的各项生产参数(示功图、功率、电压、电流),通过控制现场抽油机变频控制器的频率输出,最终实现对抽油机冲次实时调节的全闭环智能控制。 With the development and perfection of the digitized fields in Qinghai Oil Field, such functions for most wells have been achieved as the real-tinae-collecting, transferring, computing, analyzing, and publishing of wellheads' parameters, providing a timely and accurate data support for normal operation of the wells. A pumping jack being one way of oil production, the adjustment of its operation parameters such as stroke, rotational speed, and load is crucial to a high efficient production. This paper discusses how to use real-time production parameters such as function chart, motor power, voltage and current released by a remotely automatic data collection trait, to control frequency shifting of a on-site frequency converter, and ultimately on-line and real-time to realize the automatic adjustment of stroke number, namely one intelligent loop control over a pumping jack.
