激光人工皱缩在囊胚玻璃化冷冻中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨激光人工皱缩对囊胚冻融后移植效果的影响。方法:回顾分析新疆佳音医院生殖医学中心270例囊胚培养成功并进行玻璃化冷冻后移植患者的临床资料,根据是否进行激光人工皱缩将其分为对照组与人工皱缩组,比较两组囊胚复苏后的复苏率、临床妊娠率、着床率和流产率。结果:两组患者的流产率差异不显著(P>0.05),复苏率、临床妊娠率和着床率差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用激光人工皱缩技术能够提高囊胚的复苏率以及移植后着床率和妊娠率。
