摘要
为研究气缸张开式尾翼弹的膛内时期气缸充放气过程,建立了气缸压力模型,并与经典内弹道模型相联立,进行了模型可解性分析,得到了一种求解气缸压力随时间变化规律的数值方法。以100mm滑膛反坦克炮I型榴弹为例,仿真得到了气缸压力随时间的变化曲线,计算结果精度高,证明了这种算法的可行性;并在此基础上,分析了气孔横截面积、气缸容积对气缸压力的影响规律。研究结果为气缸张开式尾翼稳定装置结构的优化设计提供了理论依据。
To study process of cylinder-open fin' s inflation and deflation in gun bore, cylinder pressure model is set up. Cylinder pressure model solvability is analyzed and a numerical method calculated the var- iation of cylinder pressure is obtained coupled with the classical interior ballistics model. Taking 100 mm smoothbore anti-tank grenade for example, the cylinder pressure-time curve is got and the result is accu- rate to prove the applicability of this method. And based on this, the law of cylinder pressure affected by air hole cross-sectional area and cylinder volume is analyzed. The results provide some theoretical basis for optimization of the structure of the open-style cylinder fin-stabilized device.
