摘要
驻退机是火炮的核心部件之一,其驻退杆活塞套磨损、节制环磨损及驻退机漏液是驻退机常见的故障。结合3种故障的故障机理,在反后坐装置后坐、复进运动方程组基础上,建立了一种新的反后坐装置故障诊断模型。计算机仿真表明,该方法简单、快速、精度高。
Recoil Brake is one nucleus part of guns. In the recoil mechanism, the failures, such as wear of recoil rod piston cover, the control ring and liquid leaking, occur frequently. Based on the failure mechanism and the equation groups of the recoil/counterrecoil movement, a new mathematic model of the failure calculation of recoil mechariism is presented. Through the simulation of computer, the method is simple, fast and improves the veracity. It's one of the effective methods for the failure diagnosis of recoil mechanism.
