MicroRNA-155在免疫调控方面的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)是在真核生物中发现的一类具有调控功能的内源性非编码核糖核酸(RNA),大小约19~23个核苷酸。成熟的miRNA是由较长的初级转录产物(Pri—miRNA)经过一系列核酸酶的剪切加工产生,随后组装入RNA诱导的沉默复合体(RNA-induced silencing complex,RISC)中,通过碱基互补配对的方式识别靶RNA,并根据互补程度的不同,指导RISC降解靶RNA或者阻碍靶RNA的翻译。
