The gerogress in the study of the immune regnlatory role of estrogen and progesterone

摘要 雌激素、孕激素不仅参与生殖系统的生长发育,同时对机体免疫系统也有重要的调控作用。雌孕激素可以调节固有免疫和适应性免疫;雌孕激素含量和功能的失调可以导致自身免疫性疾病。目前,国内外学者通过大量的实验和临床研究,逐步揭示了雌孕激素在免疫调节中的作用,为研究某些发病机制不明的疾病提供了一定的理论依据。 Estrogen and progesterone not only play an indispensable role in the female reproductive system, but also function in the regulation of immune system. Many studies demonstrated that estrogen and progesterone can regulate the innate and adaptive immunity and the maladjustment of estrogen and progesterone may induce some antoimmune diseases. Recently, plentiful experimental and clinical researches provided evidence for the role of these hormones, in the regnlation of immune system of some diseases. These stndies are helpful to find the molecular mechanisms of those diseases. This review makes a summary of the regnlatory function of estrogen and progesterone.
