摘要 腺苷酸激活蛋白激酶(AMPK)作为体内"能量感受器",可通过其激活下游靶蛋白调节机体糖、脂代谢。目前许多降糖药均是通过激活体内AMPK通路降低血糖水平。运动作为激活AMPK的刺激已被广泛认同。综述近年来关于急、慢性等不同运动组合对AMPK、AMPK各亚单位活性、下游调节蛋白的影响及降低血糖的效果,通过体育锻炼预防、治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病。 AMP-activated -Protein Kinase ( AMPK ), as the sensor of energy in the body, can regulate glycol-metabolism and lipid metabolism through activating its downstream protein. At present, most hypoglycemic agents aimed to decreased glucose level depend on this pathway. It has been widely confirmed for physical exercise to be the stimulus of activating AMPK. The study reviewed the effects of acute and chronic physical exercises on the activity of AMPK, the subunits of AMPK and its downstream protein, indicating that physical exercises prevent and treat non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM).
