葱白提取物及其活性成分调节血脂的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究葱白提取物及其活性成分对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法以高脂饲料喂养建立大鼠高脂血症模型,将64只大鼠分为对照组、模型组、葱白提取物组、4个活性成分组和血脂康组,给予相应药物干预。6周后检测各组血浆胆固醇(CHOL)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),测量大鼠体重、肝湿重并计算肝指数。结果与对照组比较,模型组大鼠血浆CHOL、LDL-C、体重和肝指数明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组比较,葱白提取物组大鼠血浆CHOL、LDL-C、体重显著降低(P<0.05),4个活性成分组大鼠血脂无明显变化。结论葱白提取物可治疗大鼠高脂血症,其疗效优于其4个活性成分。 Objective To explore the effect of fistular onion stalker extract and its active components on hy-perlipidemia in rats.Methods Rats hyperlipidemia was established by being fed with a high-fat diet.They were randomly divided into control group ,model group ,fistular onion stalker extract and its active components groups and Xuezhikang group.The corresponding therapy was administered to rats in different groups for 6 weeks.Plasma total cholesterol(CHOL) ,triglyceride(TG) ,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipopro-tein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels were examined.Body weight and liver index were also measured.Results Compared with control group ,plasma CHOL ,LDL-C ,body weight and liver index in model rats were increased significantly (P〈0.05).Compared with model group ,plasma CHOL and LDL-C were decreased significantly (P〈0.05)in fistu-lar onion stalker extract treated group.Conclusion Fistular onion stalker extract ,superior to its four active com-ponents ,is effective in the treatment hyperlipidemia of rats.
