摘要
近年来随着我国电影产业高速发展,许多电影企业遇到了融资难的问题。解决这个问题的一个重要途径就是加大电影版权质押融资在电影企业融资中的比重和额度。通常已经拥有版权的电影经历过上映,利用其质押融资也面临较大的困难。而建立电影期待版权预告质押融资制度可以有效缓解电影企业融资难的问题,成功扩大电影企业知识产权融资规模。电影期待版权预告质押制度可由预告质押登记、电影摄制监理和版权评估制度三部分构成。
In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese film industry, many film enterprises encountered the difficulty of financing. An important way to solve this problem is to increase the proportion and amount of the film copyright pledge financing in the total financing of film enterprises. Usually, even those films which already have copyrights also have great difficulties in pledge financing after films on. However, this problem can be effectively solved by the establishment of the advance pledge registration system of expected film copyright. And it is also helpful to expand the financing scale of intellectual property rights of film enterprises. The advance pledge registration system of expected film copyright is consisted of the advance pledge registration, the supervision of filmmaking, and the assessment system of copyright.
