摘要
主要选用铁盐对除砷后的锰矿(除砷锰矿)进行稳定化实验,研究了促进铁盐稳定除砷锰矿的影响因素,并初步探究稳定除砷锰矿的机理。结果表明,经EeCl3·6H2O处理后的饱和除砷锰矿浸出液中砷浓度最低,为0.0349mg/L,远低于国家标准5mg/L。稳定砷效果最好的铁砷比为8:1,浸出液中砷浓度为0.00104mg/L。钙的化合物对铁盐稳定砷有促进作用,其中添加Ca(OH)2的铁盐稳定砷效果最好,浸出液中未检出砷。水泥和粉煤灰也能提高铁盐稳定砷的效果,且水泥的稳定效果比粉煤灰略优。pH在4~9范围内,浸出液中未检出砷,因此,经过处理后的除砷锰矿在自然条件下稳定性较高,产生二次污染的可能性较小。
The stabilization of arsenic manganese ore was studied, explored the influence factors to promote stable by ferric salts was explored and mechanism was discussed initially. Research results show that, the arsenic concentration of leaching agent after the treatment of FeCl3 · 6H2 O is the lowest, which is 0. 034 9 mg/L, well below the national stand- ard which is 5 mg/L. The best ratio of iron and arsenic retention is 8 : 1, the leaching agent is 0. 001 04 mg/L. Calcium is a promoter on arsenic stabilized in arsenic slag, Ca(OH)z is the best. Cement and fly ash can promote the effect of ar-senic stabilized. And cement is slightly better than fly ash. In the range of pH 4-9, there is not arsenic exist. There-fore, the processed curing arsenic slag has higher stability under natural conditions, there is less possibility to produce secondary contamination.
