摘要
通过对废渣浸出毒性分析,得出废渣中砷的浸出毒性为6.3 mg/L,超出危险废物填埋控制标准,因此拟对废渣采取稳定化+就地安全填埋的方式进行安全处置。该工程对填埋场进行了回填防渗处理、地下水导排系统、渗滤液控制及处理系统、填埋场清污分流处理、绿化封场及渗滤液处理等设计,能有效去除废渣对环境带来的不良影响,并对废渣安全填埋处置工程设计中需要注意的问题提出了建议。
Through analyzing leaching toxicity from off-scum, the author obtained toxicity of Arsenic is 6.3 mg/L, which exceed control standard of dangerous off-scum landfill. So, the method of stabilization + safe disposition in-place was planed to use. The engineering has been designed landfill with anti-seepage treatment of backfill, guide pipe system of groundwater, control and treatment system of leachate, trash-cleaning shunt treatment and greening seal & leachate treatment, and put forward suggestions for notices in designing safe disposition project of off-scum.
