摘要
分析图书馆新概念的认识现状,从信息技术的纵向发展和横向运用阐述图书馆新概念,论述信息技术是图书馆新概念产生的关键因素,通过与传统图书馆概念的比较,揭示信息技术条件下图书馆新概念的本质。
Analyses the status-quo of new concept of the library, explains its definition from the application of information technology which is the key factor of the emerging of new concept of the library. Comparing with the concept of the traditional library, this paper discloses the essence of new concept of the library.
