评述了“数学图书馆”、“电子图书馆”、“虚拟图书馆”的概念界定及其关系，认为它们包含着不同的内涵；讨论了数字图书馆发展目标的部分争议，认为抽象地谈论这个问题没有意义。
This paper reviews and expounds the conceptual definition of digital libraries, electronic libraries and virtual libraries, and then proposes that they have different contents. It also discusses some of the arguments about the developing object of digital libraries, thinking it's no use talking about it generally.
