摘要
提出了顶空-气相色谱法测定空气中甲醇的方法。选择顶空平衡温度和时间分别为75℃和60min,顶空瓶中样品定容体积为2mL,用DB-WAX色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测。甲醇的质量浓度在91.20mg·L^(-1)以内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3s)为1.8mg·L^(-1)。在11.10,22.80,45.60 mg·L^(-1)3个浓度水平进行加标回收试验,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.6%~3.4%之间,方法解吸率在96.5%~98.2%之间。
Head-space CA2 was applied to the determination of methanol in air. The equilibrium temperature and time of head space were set at 75℃ and 60 min respectively, with 2 mL of the sample in head-space bottle. The analyte were separated on DB-WAX column and detected by FID. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of methanol was kept in the range within 91. 20 mg ·L -1 with detection limit (3s) of 1. 8 mg· L-1. Tests for recovery were made at the concentration levels of 11.40,22. 80 and 45. 60 mg ·L-1 of methanol standard, giving values of RSD's (n=6) in the ranges of 2.6%-3.4%. The rate of desorption found was in the range of 96.5%-98. 2%.
