摘要
建立了GC-MS法测定陶瓷片密封水嘴用润滑油脂中58种半挥发性有机物(SVOCs)的方法。润滑油脂样品通过异辛烷超声提取,离心过滤后用GC-MS在选择离子(SIM)模式下进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明:58种SVOCs在0.05~1.0 mg/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r均大于0.995,方法检出限为0.002~0.387 mg/kg,平均加标回收率为87.6%~108.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.4%~4.8%。该方法具有简单、高效、可靠性高等特点,能有效地对陶瓷片密封水嘴用润滑油脂中58种SVOCs进行定性定量分析。
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method was developed for the determination of 58 semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOCs)in lubricants used for sealing water nozzles on ceramic tablets.The lubricating oil samples were extracted by isooctane ultrasound,filtered by centrifugation and detected by GC-MS in the mode of selective ion(SIM),and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the 58 kinds of SVOCs showed good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.05~1.0 mg/L with correlation coefficients(r)more than 0.995.The limits of detection of the method(MLODs)were in the range of 0.002 mg/kg^0.387 mg/kg.The average recoveries were in the range of 87.6%~108.0%,and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.4%~4.8%(RSD,n=6).This method is simple,rapid and high-reliability,which can be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 58 kinds of SVOCs in the lubricating grease used for sealing water nozzle of ceramic sheet.
