摘要
吸收国内外同类机型的动力箱双输出轴先进技术结构方案 ,结合项目的研制和调试 ,使其满足双螺杆挤压机的传动动力要求。通过测量双输出轴转角误差值 ,按理论与计算值确定调整方向和齿数 ,使其在不增加制造成本的情况下达到高精度转角的要求。经实际应用 ,调整后可大幅度改善双输出轴偏差值 ,满足使用要求。
Based on absorption of the advanced design patterns on the same kinds of twin screw extruder,the transmitting power of twin screw extruder was satisfied.Under the circumstances of not increasing manufacture cost,a high precision rotation angle was obtained by means of measuring the rotation angle errors of twin export axles,determining adjustment direction and gear numbers,according to the theoretical value and calculation.By way of practical application,the rotation angle errors of twin export axles were improved greatly after the adjustment,which better satisfied the need of application.
