Coflex动态固定在单节段腰椎管狭窄症高龄患者中的应用

摘要 目的探讨Coflex动态固定在单节段腰椎管狭窄症高龄患者中应用的临床效果。方法对2008年6月至2011年6月16例年龄〉68岁单节段腰椎管狭窄症患者,术前准确定位手术减压节段后,采用腰后路减压Coflex棘突间动态内固定植入术,观察手术时间、出血量;术前、术后随访时分别采用VAS评分和ODI进行相关功能评价。结果手术时间平均为45min,出血量平均为125ml,患者术后VAS、ODI评分均较术前明显下降(P〈0.01)。结论Coflex动态固定治疗单节段腰椎管狭窄症疗效好,因其具有手术时间短,出血量小等优点,特别适用于高龄患者。
