摘要
本文重点分析补贴对企业出口模式的影响,特别关注数量和价格。结论发现:补贴提升了中国企业出口总量和数量,降低了出口价格,促成了"低价竞争、数量取胜"的出口模式;补贴对企业出口的促进作用在近年并不稳健显著,在不同模型中促进作用程度不同,对国有企业、私营企业、外资企业的影响方向和影响程度也存在显著差异,因此应审慎保守地看待补贴的出口促进作用。将政策推动转变为企业内生驱动、构建出口可持续增长的微观基础是中国对外贸易发展的重要课题。
This paper considers the effects of subsidy on Chinese firms' export pattern, especially on export price and quantity. We arrive at following conclusions. Subsidy increases export volume and quantities, but decreases prices. The export-promoting effects are not sta- tistical significant in recent years. The regression coefficients differ substantially among dif- ferent eeonometrica[ models. Subsidy has different effects on firms with different ownerships. This paper suggests that we should be cautious of the subsidy's effects in promoting exports. From the policy perspective, the government should cut the size of subsidy, optimize subsidy structure, and consolidate the micro-foundation of China's export growth.
