基于教育年限法的高校图书馆人力资本存量测算与研究 被引量:1

Measurement and Analysis of the Human Capital of Academic Libraries by Education Years Method

摘要 以"985高校"图书馆为研究样本,采用图书馆整体人力资本存量、图书馆专业型人力资本存量两个指标来度量图书馆人力资本的体量和质量。统计结果表明,"985高校"图书馆的整体人力资本存量波动较大,图书馆专业型人力资本存量值较为稳定;员工数与整体人力资本存量呈正相关关系,与专业型人力资本存量呈负相关关系。认为图书馆要保持快速、可持续发展,必须加强高层次、高学历、高素质专业型人力资本的投资和管理。 Comprehensive human capital and professional human capital are adopted to evaluate the quantity and quality of human capital of 985 academic libraries. The results show that the comprehensive human capital of 985 academic libraries fluctuates and professional human capital is more stable. The number of employee is positively related to comprehensive human capital. And the number of employee is negatively related to professional human capital. Libraries should enhance the investment and management of professional human capital who are high-level talents and highly qualified and educated, in order to ensure fast and sustainable development.
