本文讨论了医疗设备采购标准化流程和具体实施步骤,通过对采购各个环节的严格控制,采取灵活采购方式,综合考虑选择最优设备,最终实现引进设备的经济效益和社会效益最大化,发挥设备引进应有的临床作用。
This paper demonstrates the standard process and implementation procedures of medical equipment procurement. Through strict control of each procurement section, adoption of flexible procurement methods and comprehensive considerations for selection of the most appropriate equipment, the hospital can obtain the maximum economic and social benefits from equipment procurement.
