摘要
医疗卫生科研机构对我国医疗卫生行业的支撑作用不言而喻,而其设备管理部门能否得到重视并充分发挥作用,对整个机构来讲是至关重要的。文章简要介绍了目前医疗卫生科研机构设备管理部门工作中存在的问题,积极探讨了解决对策,对设备管理部门进一步完善工作提供了一些借鉴。
Support function of medical and health research Institute to the health industry is self-evident, and its equip-ment management departments can get attention and give full play to the role of the entire organization is crucial. This pa-per briefly introduces the problems in the work of the medical and health research institutions, and discusses the counter-measures, and provides some references for the further improvement of the equipment management.
