摘要
以松木木屑为原料,在自制的间歇式水解反应器中,考查稀硫酸催化纤维素水解的反应情况。通过分析酸浓度对纤维素水解的影响规律,以反应物纤维素作为定量标准,建立包含酸浓度影响的动力学方程;通过数值模拟,得到动力学方程中的参数以及酸催化纤维素水解的活化能,动力学方程表示为:-dC C dt=3.68×1010×[H+]1.6×exp-107.1×103()RT×C C(mol/L·s);通过实验检验和统计检验认为,该动力学方程是高度适定的,可准确描述木屑中纤维素的水解规律。
In the paper, the hydrolysis of cellulose within investigated. The kinetic equation which correlates the effect hydrolysis reaction was established by analyzing the change method, the kinetic parameters and the activation energy the pine sawdust using sulfuric acid as catalyst was of sulfuric acid concentration on the rate constants of of reactant cellulose. With the numerical calculation of cellulose hydrolyzing were obtained. The kineticequation can be expressed as-dCc/dt=3.68×10^10×{H*}^1.6×exp(-107.1×10^3/RT)×Cc(mol/L·s)The comparison results between the calculated results from the kinetic equation and experimental ones, which were consistent with the statistical test, proved that the established kinetic equation could satisfactorily predict the hydrolysis behavior of cellulose catalyzed by dilute sulfuric acid.
