摘要
目的探讨军人消极应对方式与躯体化症状水平的相关关系,为军人心理健康的维护提供科学依据。方法在某军区采用随机整群抽样法抽取730名军人,采用《军人职业倦怠量表》和《军人情景特质应对方式量表》进行测评;运用SPSS17.0统计软件对数据资料进行t检验、相关分析、多元线性回归分析。结果①已婚军人躯体化症状较高(t=-2.56,P<0.05)。独生子女职业倦怠总分偏高(t=-2.63,P<0.05);②军人躯体化症状与消极应对总分及各因子显著相关(r=0.381～0.895,P<0.01);③多元线性回归,人际关系消极,情感消极,军旅特殊生活消极和健康及经济消极进入军人躯体化的回归方程。结论军人消极应对是影响基层军人心理健康,导致躯体化症状的的主要影响因素。
Objective To explore relationships between somatization level and scene-trait coping style in an effort to provide sol- id evidence for the maintenance of psychological health in Chinese military personnel. Methods A total of 730 military personnel from a military area command were chosen by random cluster sampling,and were tested by Chinese Military Personnel Job Burnout Scale and Chinese Military Personnel Scene-trait Coping Style Scale. A variety of Statistic methods such as descriptive statistic anal- ysis, t--test for independent sample, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were employed for data processing by SPSS 17.0. Results ①Married servicemen had significantly higher score in somatization（t=-2.56,P〈0.05）. The only-child had significantly higher score in job burnout （t =-2.63,P〈0.05）. ② Negative coping style was significantly positively related to somatization level（r= 0; 381～ 0. 895, P〈0.01）. ③Multiple regression analysis suggested negative coping of affection,interpersonal relationship, military special life, health and economic were selected into the regression equation of military personnel＇ somatization. Conclusion Negative coping of Chinese military personnel is the major influencing factor of mental health,and can lead to somati- zation.
