摘要
针对小模数弧齿锥齿轮,提出了一种新的加工组合:小轮采用传统的双面法铣齿加工,设计大轮齿面加工参数,控制大轮的两齿面分别与小轮齿面相配。根据以上加工方法,设计小模数弧齿锥齿轮良好啮合的齿面加工参数,并创建齿轮副的精确三维模型。在UG软件环境下,可以完成齿轮副的虚拟装配、干涉检查。设计的小模数弧齿锥齿轮的齿面可以保证齿面的良好啮合,完成的三维模型可以应用于小模数弧齿锥齿轮的模具成型加工。
For small - module spiral bevel gear, a new machining process is proposed. The pinion is adopted traditional double - side machining method. Designing gear machining parameters, the gear two tooth surfaces are con- trolled separately to suit for pinion tooth surface. According to above machining process, small - module spiral bevel gear machining parameters are designed to fulfill good meshing property, and its accurate 3D model is created. Under UG software environment, the gear virtual assembly and interference checking are completed. The small - module spi- ral bevel gear tooth surfaces are designed to have good meshing property, and the 3D model can be applied for the gear molding machining process, such as powder metallurgy, precision forging, injection molding, etc. The above research provided a theoretical foundation on small- module spiral bevel gear precision, high efficiency and energy saving man- ufacturing.
