脑衰反应调节蛋白2及其与神经系统疾病关系的研究进展

摘要 脑衰反应调节蛋白2(CRMP2)在神经元发育过程中发挥着重要作用。CRMP2具有多种翻译后修饰方式和生物学功能,其中磷酸化修饰与神经系统疾病最相关,但其具体机制及生物学作用尚不清楚,有待进一步研究。CRMP2的研究为防治相关神经系统疾病提供了新的方向。 Collapsin response mediator protein 2 (CRMP2) plays a crucial role in neuronal development. It owns lots of post-translational modifications, of which phosphorylation modification is related to diseases closely. CRMP2 also has many biological functions. There is a close relationship between CRMP2 and neurologic disorders, but the mechanism is required to be elucidated. The researche in CRMP2 provides some new strategies to prevent and cure the related diseases.
