摘要
本综述为给中药免疫促进研究课题提供广泛背景资料,从中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、Pubmed数据库收集资料,采用传统综述描述性方法,从中药对T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、固有免疫细胞、红细胞、骨髓造血干细胞、抗体、补体、细胞因子、免疫器官、抗肿瘤作用及对神经-内分泌-免疫网络等方面的促进作用进行论述,并探讨了中药免疫促进调节研究现状、存在的问题和中药免疫促进应用前景,表明中药对特异性免疫和非特异性免疫均有促进作用,且有双向免疫调节作用,应用前景广阔。
In order to provide a wide range of background data for Chinese medicine for immune promotion research subject.data are collected from the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,Pubmed databases.Descriptive method of traditional overview is used,a review on the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine for immune promotion is made from aspects of T lymphocyte,B lymphocyte,innate immune cells,red blood cells,bone marrow stem cell,antibody,complement,cytokines,immune organ,anti-tumor effect and nerve-endocrine-immune network.Morever,the current situation,existing problems of Chinese medicine for immune promotion and the application prospect of traditional Chinese medicine for immune promotion are discussed,which indicate that Chinese medicine has effects for specific immune promotion,non-specific immune promotion,bidirectional immunomodulatory.It has broad application prospect.
