摘要
2008年爆发的全球金融危机倒逼着我国经济增长模式和产业结构的转型,产业升级也即意味着我国装备制造业振兴和崛起的机遇。本文基于Griliches关于技术创新和企业生产率增长之间关系的多函数结构方程分析框架,借鉴了CDM实证分析模型,以我国装备类上市公司为样本,检验和讨论了企业创新投入—创新产出—创新绩效之间的关系。结果发现企业销售毛利率水平与企业研发强度之间存在显著的正相关关系,这验证了装备制造业只有加强研发投入,通过提升产品、工艺的创新程度才能获得更高的销售毛利率水平。结构方程模型分析结果还验证了企业高毛利率水平作为创新产出,反过来对于企业创新绩效、也即企业劳动生产率水平具有显著正向影响。实证分析还揭示了企业的经营现金流状况、人均固定资产、人力资源结构、资产周转能力、外部需求推动对于企业劳动生产率也具有显著影响。这反映了企业的创新绩效是产品创新、工艺创新、市场创新、管理创新以及商业模式创新等各方面综合作用的结果,而装备下游需求的蓬勃繁荣为装备行业提供了发展和创新的舞台。
The global financial crisis of 2008 has forced the transformation of China' s economic growth model and the industry structure. Industrial upgrading in China also means that the revitalization of the equipment manufacturing industry. The paper draws on the analysis framework of Griliehes for the technological innovation and enterprise productivity growth and the methodology of CDM equation modelling. With the data of domestic listed equipment companies, the empirical analysis mainly concentrates on the relationship between the R&D investment, the R&D output and the innovation performance. The results indicate a significant positive correlation between the gross margin of corporate sales and the corporate R&D intensity, which proves that the equipment manufacturing industry should strengthen the R&D investment on product and process innvation in order to obtain a higher level of gross profit margin. The empirical analysis also confirms the positive relationship between the innovation performance, ie, the level of labor productivity and the R&D output, i.e. the gross margin level. In addition, the analysis also reveals that the operating cash flow, the per capita investment in fixed assets, human resource structure, corporate asset turnover capacity, the external demand have a significant impact on the labor productivity. This reflects that the enterprise Js innovation performance is the combined results of product innovation, process innovation, market innovation, management innovation and business model innovation, and the booming downstream demand for new equipments is an important condition for the innovation performance of domestic equipment industry.
