摘要
在分析"出版"一词的出现及其内涵、外延基础上,探讨影响晚清出版业现代化所必须的政治民主和工业技术现代化因素。晚清政局动荡、变革迭起,以及西学东渐对信息需求的不断膨胀,催生了现代意义的出版业,但由于各方面的制约,晚清出版业的现代化进程复杂而迟缓。
Based of analyzing the appearance, intention, extension of publishing, the paper trys to discuss the political democracy and technological moderation elements which were necessary for Late Qing Dynasty publishing modernation. Late Qing Dynasty was a political unrest, revolution ceaseless history, with information erupting, as a result, modern publishing was born and booming as never before.
