摘要
目的观察不同分子量的D-聚甘酯(DPS)对大鼠抗FXa/抗FIIa活性比值的影响。方法将30只大鼠随机分为5组,分别给予生理盐水、低分子肝素(360 U·kg-1)及3种不同分子量的DPS(9 mg·kg-1)。给药后1 h,分别测定血浆的APTT、PT、FIB、ATIII及抗FXa、抗FIIa活性。结果高剂量DPS组的抗FIIa活性高于低分子肝素及中、低剂量DPS组,抗FXa/抗FIIa比值明显低于其余各组。结论不同分子量的D-聚甘酯,抗FXa活性无显著性差异。分子量增加,抗FIIa活性增强,抗凝作用增强;分子量减小,抗FXa/抗FIIa比值增大,抗栓作用增强。
Objective To observe the influence in between the different molecular weight D - polymannuronicate ( DPS ) and anti - FXa / anti - FIIa activity ratio in the rats. Methods Thirty rats were randomly divid-ed into five groups, were given the normal saline and the low molecular weight heparin group and the DPS of three different molecular weight (DPS- H, DPS-M, DPS- L) respectively. After 1 h, APTY, PT, FIB, the ATIII and anti - FXa activity, anti - FIIa activity the in blood plasma were measured in each group. Results Anti -FIIa activity of DPS- H group was higher than the low molecular weight heparin and DPS - M and DPS - L groups, but anti - FXa / anti - FIIa ratio was sig- nificantly lower than the rest of the group. Conclusion Different molec-ular weight of DPS, anti - FXa activity was no significant difference. Mo-lecular weight increases, anti - FIIa activity increased, the enhanced role of anticoagulation. Molecular weight decreases, the anti - FXa / anti - FIIa ratio increases, the enhanced role of antithrombotic.
