骶棘韧带固定术治疗子宫及阴道穹隆脱垂 被引量：5

摘要 骶棘韧带固定术（sacrospinousligamentfixation，SSLF）是用不可吸收缝线将阴道顶端与骶棘韧带在距坐骨棘内侧2．5cm处缝合固定的手术，是有效修复中盆腔缺陷的术式之一，有研究报道，其术后客观治愈率为67．0％～96．8％，主观治愈率为70％～98％。目前，对SSLF的历史、局部解剖结构、手术适应证、手术操作的具体步骤及并发症已经有了较为明确和详尽的描述”，本文对以上内容不再赘述，仅对近年来发表的与SSLF相关的文献进行复习，在手术方式的选择，术中新器械、新技术的应用，以及并发症的防治方面作进一步的补充说明。
