摘要
目的对比研究人工流产骶韧带麻醉和主韧带麻醉的临床效果。方法以该院妇产科于2017年10月—2018年11月间收治的114例需要终止妊娠的女性为研究对象,按照人工流产麻醉方式的不同将其分为骶韧带利多卡因麻醉试验组和宫颈旁主韧带麻醉对照组,比较两组女性的出血量和镇痛效果。结果骶韧带麻醉试验组女性的平均出血量为(22.4±2.1)mL,主韧带麻醉的对照组女性平均出血量为(22.1±1.9)mL,组间差异无统计学意义(t=0.7998,P=0.2128)。试验组麻醉的有效镇痛率为96.49%,对照组有效镇痛率为80.70%,两组在镇痛有效率间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.033,P=0.008)。结论经过对比,人工流产骶韧带麻醉的效果较主韧带麻醉佳,两种麻醉方式的出血量无显著差异,但骶韧带麻醉的镇痛有效率更高,副作用风险小,建议推广。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of artificial abortion ligament anesthesia and main ligament anesthesia.Methods A total of 114 women who needed termination of pregnancy between October 2017 and November 2018 in our hospital were enrolled in this study.They were divided into sacral ligament lidocaine anesthesia test group and the para-cervical ligament anesthesia control group according to different abortion methods,compared with the bleeding volume and analgesic effect of the two groups.Results The mean bleeding volume of women in the patellar ligament anesthesia test group was(22.4±2.1)mL,and the mean blood loss of the control group in the main ligament anesthesia group was(22.1±1.9)mL.There was no significant difference between the groups(t=0.799 8,P=0.212 8).The effective analgesia rate of the experimental group was 96.49%,and the effective analgesia rate of the control group was 80.70%.There was a significant difference in the analgesic efficiency between the two groups(χ^2=7.033,P=0.008).Conclusion After comparison,the effect of artificial abortion ligament anesthesia is better than that of the main ligament.There is no significant difference in the amount of bleeding between the two anesthesia methods,but the analgesia of the ankle anesthesia is more effective,and the risk of side effects is small.
