摘要
成形磨削的齿形精度主要取决于被修整砂轮的轮廓精度。研制了一种利用金刚石笔作为修整工具的成形砂轮在线修整装置,介绍了该成形砂轮修整装置的结构及工作方式,并设计了其控制系统。该控制系统用欧姆龙公司生产的小型PLC来完成,并通过PLC的高速计数器输入端子外接编码器和光栅尺的方式构成了一种简单的闭环结构,达到了提高砂轮修整精度的目的。
Gear accuracy of form grinding mainly depends on the contour accuracy ot trlmmea grinding wheel. The author develops a online trimming device of forming wheel whose trimming tool is diamond pen, introduces the structure and working methods of trimming device of forming wheel, and designs its control system. In this control system,its core depends on small PLC of Omron, and constitutes a simple closed-loop structure by way of grating and input terminals external encoder of high-speed counter of PLC,thus improves the accuracy of trimmed grinding wheel.
