摘要
目的:探讨泌尿外科腹腔镜手术的常见并发症发生原因及护理干预措施。方法:选取2009年8月至2012年8月我院泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者512例,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结并发症发生率及发生原因,分析其相应的护理干预措施。结果:512例患者手术均成功,共发生并发症14例,发生率为2.7%。经采用临床护理或治疗后均痊愈,无不良后果。结论:泌尿外科腹腔镜手术可能出现的并发症较多,了解并发症的原因及特点,运用综合护理干预措施,能提高护理质量,预防并发症的发生,保证患者康复。
[ Objective] To investigate the causes of common complications of urological laparoscopic surgery and nursing inter- vention. [Method] 512 patients underwent urological laparoscopic surgery from August 2009 to August 2012 in our hospital were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of complications in patients was stnnmarized and the appropriate nursing interventions were analysed. [ Result] 14 cases of 512 patients suffered complications, the rate was 2.7 %. All patients were cured after related clinical care or treatment, without adverse consequences. [ Conclusion]The inci- dence of complications in patients of urological laparoscopic surgery was higher. To improve the quality of care, prevent com- plications, and ensure the rehabilitation of patients, the causes and characteristics of complications in urological laparoscopie surgery and integrated nursing intervention should be masterd.
