摘要
利用自主开发的无线应力传感监测系统,对杭州铁路东站大面积站房钢结构施工阶段的应力进行监测.详细阐述了监测系统的组成、测点布置和主要监测结果.通过跟踪监测屋盖分块单元钢桁架整体提升和整个屋盖结构成形过程中构件的应力,给出了椭圆钢柱、格构式柱、屋盖桁架等关键构件的应力变化规律.文中进行了实测应力值与有限元理论计算值的比较,结果表明:分块单元桁架整体提升的实测应力值与理论计算值符合较好,但整体成形过程实测应力值与理论计算值存在一定偏差.
With the aid of self-developed measurement system of structural stress based on wireless sensor network, stress monitoring in construction stage was applied to the steel structure for Hangzhou East Railway Station Building. The composition of monitoring system, layout of measuring point and main monitoring results were presented in detail. Through tracking and monitoring structural stress during elevated construction of block unit trusses and forming process of whole roof trusses, the variation law of key components' stress was given, such as spinal pipe steel columns, giant lattice steel columns and roof trusses. At the same time, the measured stress data was compared with the calculated values by finite element theory. It indicated that the measured data and theoretical values were in good agreement under the elevated construction of block unit, but existed a deviation in the forming process of whole roof.
