摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证论治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能不全的临床效果。方法:将我院收治的124例糖尿病肾病肾功能不全患者随机分为两组,每组62例,对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采取中医辨证治疗,比较两组患者经治疗后的肾功能变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组的SCr、BUN较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.01),Ccr较治疗前有明显上升(P<0.01),对照组SCr较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.05),但观察组更为显著;观察组总有效率为87.10%,对照组为66.13%,观察组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:中医辨证论治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能不全可明显改善患者的肾功能,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome theory for treatment of diabetic nephropathy renal insufficiency.Methods：124 cases of diabetic nephropathy renal insufficiency patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 62 cases in each group,the control group were given conventional western medicine for treatment,on the basis of treatment of conventional western medicine,the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine syndrome theory for treatment,renal function and clinical efficacy of two groups were compared after treatment.Results：After treatment,the SCr and BUN of the observation group significantly reduced compared with before treatment（P0.01）,the Ccr significantly increased compared with before treatment（P0.01）,the SCr and BUN of the control group significantly reduced compared with before treatment（P0.01）,but the observation group was more significant;The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.10%,and the control group was 66.13%,the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome theory for treatment of diabetic nephropathy renal insufficiency can significantly improve renal of patients,the efficacy is notable,worthy of clinical promotion and application in clinical.
