摘要
采用斜Y型坡口对接裂纹试验研究了8 mm厚、屈服强度700 MPa级低合金高强钢的抗冷裂纹敏感性,分析了不同强度等级的焊丝和焊接工艺参数对其抗冷裂纹敏感性的影响.结果表明:屈服强度700MPa级低合金高强钢淬硬倾向小,焊前焊后不需要进行热处理,在两种不同强度等级的焊丝焊接下,都具有良好的抗冷裂纹敏感性.
Crack test on low alloy high strength steel of 8 mm thick and yield strength of 700 MPa is experimented by inclined Y groove butt joint crack test. Influences on resistance to cold crack sensitivity are analyzed of welding wires of different intensity grades and welding parameters. Results show as the followings: Low alloy high strength steel of yield strength 700 MPa has small tendency of hardening, and heat treatment is not necessary before and after welding. Welding with two different strength grades of welding wire, it has good resistance to cold crack sensitivity.
