摘要 采用理论计算、热影响区最高硬度试验和小铁研试验方法研究了HSLA80钢的冷裂纹敏感性。结果表明,与强度级别相同的12Ni3CrMoV钢相比,HSLA80钢具有更为优异的抗冷裂纹敏感性,其焊接热影响区淬硬倾向较小,在-5℃~0℃以及低于4000Pa绝对湿度下不预热焊接均具有良好的焊接性能。 Cold cracking resistance of HSLA80 steels with ultra low carbon amount was studied by theoretical calculation, maximum hardness testing in weld heat-affected zone and Y-groove cracking test. The results showed that HSLA80 steels had a better cold-cracking resistance compared to 12Ni3CrMoV steel which had the same strength level. The maximum hardness of weld heat-affected zone indicated its lower hardenability, also it could be well welded in a low temperature between - 5 ℃ - 0 ℃ and under absolute humidity 4000Pa without preheating.
