摘要
以含有4个环氧官能团的TGDDM环氧树脂与ECC环氧树脂混合为基体树脂体系,通过配方设计,加入固化剂和固化促进剂,制得缩水甘油胺型环氧体系粘合剂,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明:4种配方体系具有优异的综合性能,具有较低的吸水率和良好的疏水性能,随着配方中TGDDM的比例增大,体系的粘度随之增大;随着配方中ECC含量的增加,试样的拉伸剪切强度变大,其中PF3和PF4两个体系的最大剪切强度超过20 MPa。
Using the mixture of TGDDM epoxy resin which has four epoxy groups and ECC epoxy res- in as matrix resin, a glycidyl amine type epoxy resin adhesive was prepared by formula design and add- ing curing agent and curing accelerator, and its properties were studied. The results show that four kinds of formula system have excellent comprehensive properties and lower water absorption. With the increase of TGDDM ratio, the viscosity of the system increases. With the increase of ECC content, the tensile shear strength increases, and the tensile shear strength maximum of the PF3 and PF4 systems is more than 20MPa.
