摘要
微博以其即时快捷、交互性强等特征受到人们的青睐。将微博应用于新疆高校大学生就业工作有着较为深远的意义。然而,限于各种因素,微博的作用并未得到有效发挥,故需鼓励校、企、个人创建并用心经营微博;发掘专门人才从事微博运营;建立奖励、鼓励政策,有效促进微博作用发挥等措施,为新疆高校学生就业工作助力。
Micro-blog has been loved and used by people of all ages with its instant, strong interactivity and viral infection characteristics. It is of more far-reaching significance for university graduates to apply micro-blog for their employment. However, due to various factors, the role of micro-blog has not been effectively extended and therefore the paper proposes to encourage universities, enterprises, individuals to use micro-blog, to establish incentive policies and other measures to effectively promote the role of micro-blog to assist the employment of university graduates.
