摘要
化学化工专业英语旨在培养学生阅读、撰写英文文献和进行国际学术交流的能力。文章在化学化工专业英语教学实践的基础上,探讨了教材选用、教学内容安排及创新教与学模式等内容,并结合现状,提出了教学改革的几点建议。
English for chemistry and chemical engineering is tailored to eultivate students＇ ability of reading and writing English literature as well as the ability of carrying out academic exchanges in international settings. Grounded on the teaching practice of langlish fur chemistry and chemical engineering, this article investigates into three domains concerning the selection of leaching materials, planning ot teaching contents and innuwLHon of teaching and learning patterns. Some recommendations are provided for future educational retorm in lighl of the status quo.
