摘要
目的 探讨雷公藤多甙 (TⅡ)对炎症、变态反应和部分免疫指标的影响。方法 观察TⅡ 对大鼠急性、亚急性和免疫性炎症反应 ,Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型变态反应的作用 ,以及对小鼠抗体的产生、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力和T细胞亚群的影响。结果 TⅡ6 0、12 0mg/kg ,醋酸泼尼松 (pre) 10mg/kg能有效抑制角叉菜引发的大鼠足跖肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿 ;抑制大鼠Ⅲ型、小鼠Ⅳ型变态反应。TⅡ3 0mg/kg有效预防大鼠佐剂性关节炎继发性病变。TⅡ3 0、6 0、12 0mg/kg明显抑制小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化、降低血清溶血素水平 ,不同剂量间有一定的量效关系。TⅡ 6 0mg/kg使T细胞亚群中TS 细胞明显减少 ;TⅡ 12 0mg/kg ,对TH 以及TS 细胞均有抑制作用 ;Pre 10mg/kg以抑制TH 为主 ,使TH/TS 比值下降。结论 TⅡ
Purpose To study the anti inflammatory,anti allergy and immunosuppressive effect of polyglycosides of tripterygium wilfordii Hook (T Ⅱ). Methods Animal model of acute and subacute inflammation,adjuvant arthritis,type Ⅳ and Ⅲ allergic reaction were used.Serum haemolysin level,lymphocyte proliferation and T cell subsets in spleen were tested. Results T Ⅱ 60,120 mg/kg and pre(prednisone)10 mg/kg had marked inhibitory effect on carrageenine induced swelling,tampon induced granulation and on the prevention of adjuvant arthritis.The delayed type hypersensitivity reaction(type Ⅳ) and arthus reaction (type Ⅲ) was distinctly suppressed.It had a suppressive action on serum haemolysin and lymphocyte proliferation with and without concanavatin A which was dose dependent.In the T cell subsets:T Ⅱ 60 mg/kg decreased T S and T Ⅱ 120 mg/kg inhibited both T S and T H,preacted mainly on T H and rendered the decreased ratio of T H/T S. Conclusions T Ⅱ has suppressive effect on inflammation,allergic reaction and immune function.
