摘要
利用常规气象观测资料,对2012年9月11日出现在滇东北的区域性暴雨天气过程进行诊断分析,结果表明:西太平洋副热带高压的快速东退有利于对流层中层低槽东南移动影响暴雨区;低层冷式切变的形成促使了西南涡生成并随切变线方向移动;中、低层强盛的不稳定能量的存在和水汽湿舌的形成为暴雨区提供了动力条件和充沛的水汽条件;低空急流的形成触发了不稳定能量的释放。这些条件的有效合理配置,造成了昭通区域性暴雨、局部大暴雨的出现。
Based on conventional meteorological data, one regional rainstorm weather process occurred in the northeast of Yunnan Province on September 11, 2012 is analyzed. The results show that the fast east back of the western Pacific subtropical high make for the southeast move of the low trough in the troposphere middle level and then affect the storm area. The formation of low - level cold type shear impel the generation of southwest vortex and moving along the shear line direction. The existence of low strong unstable energy and the formation of vapour wet tongue provides dynamic condition and abundant water vapor condition. The formation of low - level jet triggers the release of unstable energy. The effective and reasonable configuration of all these conditions cause the emergence of this regional rainstorm.
