摘要
目的探讨计算机断层扫描(cT)的三维重建在眼眶眶缘骨折中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2009年8月至2013年3月本院经cT检查确诊的433例(457只眼)眶缘骨折,所有病例均行横断二维cT扫描(层厚2.5mm),并行三维重建(3D)。结果CT三维重建能够清楚显示眼眶立体解剖结构,能准确显示眶周各结构空间关系,对眶缘的线样骨折能清晰显示骨折线形态,同时能够全面立体直观地显示多发、粉碎性骨折游离骨片的大小、形态及断端移位情况。结论二维cT诊断眶壁骨折好于三维重建,CT三维重建诊断眶缘骨折其空间显示好于二维CT,为临床手术设计与实施提供了可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the value of 3 D CT reconstruction in orbit and orbital fracture imaging. Methods 457 eyes of 433 cases of orbital fracture were retrospectively analyzed who underwent axial 2 dimensional CT scan (thickness 2.5 ram) and 3D CT reconstruction from August 2009 to March 2013 in Shanxi Eye Hospital. Results Orbital dimensional anatomy and periorbital structures could be clearly demonstrated by 3D CT reconstruction. For orbital fracture, 3D CT reconstruction could show fracture line, size and shape of bone fragments, dislocation of fractured ends. Conclusion 3D CT reconstruction can show orbit and orbital fracture clearly and accurately which provides imaging evidence for clinical diagno- sis and treatment.
