古树对萝卜、白菜化感作用的生物测定和作用机制研究 被引量:7

摘要 以泰山古树(油松Pinus tabulaeformis和侧柏Platycladus orientalis)的土壤(根际土和非根际土)、剥落树皮和落叶为供体,萝卜(Raphanus sativus)和白菜(Brassica rapa)为受体,运用室内培养皿生物测定方法研究了古树的化感作用。结果表明,2种古树的根际土和落叶、古侧柏树皮水提取液对萝卜、白菜种子萌发、根系生长均表现为抑制作用,且随着提取液浓度的增加,其抑制作用增强,但2种古树本底土水提取液对白菜根系生长、古油松树皮水提取液对萝卜和白菜根系生长在低浓度时有促进效应,随着提取液浓度的升高,促进作用减弱,抑制作用增强,高浓度时为抑制作用。2种古树土壤、落叶水提取液浓度增加,2种受体幼苗丙二醛(MDA)含量呈上升趋势。在相同浓度条件下,古油松土壤水提取液对白菜幼苗根系生长的抑制指数高于萝卜,古侧柏土壤水提取液对萝卜的抑制指数高于白菜,即同一种化感物质对不同受体产生化感作用强度不同。 It was studied that the allelopathic effect of water extract of soil ( rhizosphere soil and non rhizosphere soil ), peeling bark and leaves of ancient trees of Tai Mountain (Pinus tabulaeformis and Platycladus orientalis) on Raphanus sativus and Brassica rapa by adopting indoor Petri dish bioassay methods. The results showed that rhizosphere soil, fallen leaves and peeling bark of the two kind ancient trees inhibited seed germination and root growth of Raphanus sativus and Brassiea rapa, and with the extracting solution concentration increased, the inhi- bition increased. The non rhizosphere soil water extracting solution of the two kind ancient trees stimulated root growth of Brassica rapa and peeling bark water extract of Pinus tabulaeformis stimulated the root growth of Rapha- nus sativus and Brassica rapa at low concentration, with the extracting solution concentration increase, stimulative effect weakened and inhibitive effect enhanced, finally, at high concentration it is inhibitive effect. With fallen leaves and soil water extracting solution concentration of the two kind Ancient trees increasing, malondialdehyde ( MDA ) content of the seedling of the two receptors increased. At the same concentration, the allelopathic inhi- bition response index of root growth of the seedling of Brassica rapa to water extract of soil of the Pinus tabulaeform/s was higher than that of Raphanus sativus , and the allelopathic inhibition response index of root growth of seedling of Raphanus sativus to water extract of soil of the Platycladus or/entalis was higher than that of Brassica rapa. The allelopathic response intensity of different receptor to the same allelochemical was different.
