摘要
通过研究黄土高原撂荒农田优势植物猪毛蒿(Artemisia scoparia)枯落物水浸提液对5种草种子萌发的化感作用,以期为黄土高原撂荒地人工草地的建植及杂草防治提供一定的科学依据。结果表明,随着猪毛蒿枯落物水浸提液浓度的增大,受试草种测定指标有所差异,多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne)、红豆草(Onobrychis viciaefolia)、谷子(Setaria italica)种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、芽长和根长相比对照组有不同程度的降低;而多花黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum)种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、根长和紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)的发芽指数、芽长存在明显的低促高抑趋势。在0.01、0.025、0.05和0.1g/mL浸提液浓度处理下,5种草种芽、根的生长受到的化感作用较大,尤其是紫花苜蓿和多花黑麦草。与对照相比,0.1 g/mL浓度下紫花苜蓿和多花黑麦草的芽长分别降低了35.8%和42.2%;根长分别降低了61.1%和66.8%。采用线性回归方程拟合猪毛蒿枯落物浸提液浓度与化感综合效应指数的关系,得出5种草种对猪毛蒿浸提液浓度变化的敏感度顺序为:多花黑麦草>紫花苜蓿>谷子>多年生黑麦草>红豆草。
The allelopathy effect of Artemisia scoparia water extracts on five grassland plants seed germination in the Loess Plateau were studied to provide scientific basis for artificial grassland establishment and weed control in abandoned farmland.The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of watered extract of A.scoparia,the indexes of tested grass species were different.The germination rate,germination potential,germination index,and bud or root length of Lolium perenne,Onobrychis viciaefolia,and Setaria italica were decreased compared with the control group.While the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,and root length of Lolium multiflorum,and the germination index and bud length of Medicago sativa had obvious trend of lower concentration(water extracts)promotion and higher concentration(water extracts)inhibition.Under the treatments of 0.01,0.025,0.05 and 0.1 g/mL of extracts,the allelopathic effect on growth of buds and roots of the five grass species were more significant,especially M.sativa and L.multiflorum.Compared with the control,the bud length of M.sativa and L.multiflorum was decreased by 35.8%and 42.2%,respectively,while the root length of M.sativa and L.multiflorum was decreased by 61.1%and 66.8%,respectively.Linear regression equation was used to fit the relationship between the comprehensive allelopathic index and the concentration of A.scoparia water extract,in which the order of sensitivity of five grass species was as follows:L.multiflorum>M.sativa>S.italica>L.perenne>O.viciaefolia.
