井下装药车物理敏化装药的可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决地下工程施工仰上炮孔装药时化学敏化方式带来的输药泵负载压力太大,以及炸药无法有效粘附炮孔而导致返药的局限性,提出了物理敏化方式混药装药的可行性方法:水环减阻工艺使高粘度的炸药在输药管内形成塞流,与水环同步输送,提高了输药效果;同时利用喷头代替静态混合器大幅降低了输药泵负载且优化了喷射药面形态;特别地,物理敏化后的炸药因剪切极限应力大、粘稠度高,更容易粘附在炮孔内而避免返药的发生。分析结果表明,采用物理敏化方式装药,具有较强的可行性,为井下工程的爆破施工提供了新的思路。 In order to overcome the limitations of chemical sensitization in the blasting working of underground engineering charge, such as the overload pressure of infusion pump and the weak hole adherence of chemical sensi- tized explosive, a new physical sensitization mode was promoted. High viscosity explosive was conveyed with core- annular together in pipe and a plug flow was formed, which improved the conveying effect. Meanwhile, compared with mixer, the sprinkler decreased the pressure of the infusion pump and optimized the spray shape. Especially, due to the high viscosity and strong limiting shear stress, the physical sensitized explosive could adherence to the hole easily. Results show that the physical sensitization mode was feasible and helpful to put forward a new idea for the blasting construction of the underground engineering.
