摘要
化工产品的回收在焦化企业中占有越来越重要的地位,模拟炼焦和化产回收的实验研究可为考察不同煤种的炼焦化产品收率提供参考。针对不同变质程度的煤种,通过模拟炼焦和化产回收装置进行了1 kg模拟炼焦实验研究。研究结果表明,将理论研究与炼焦模拟实验和化产回收实验相结合,才能准确预测焦炭工业生产中的化工产品回收率等指标。
Chemical production recovery has been playing an increasingly important role in coking industry.Experimental studies on the coking simulation and chemical production recovery may provide references for the yield prediction of different coal coking products.1 kg-level simulated coking experiments of different metamorphic grade of coals were studied by using chemical production recovery equipments in this paper.The results showed that the rate of chemical production recovery could be accurately predicted based on the combination of the theoretic study with the simulated experiments.
